Today featured Just for the Pleasure of Riding Ride #2 for 2009. The weather featured a brisk NNW wind. What do I do? Go about three and a half miles south east of my home and start a fourteen mile ride west and north. Yeah, spend the bulk of my ride soloing into a headwind. That’s what every recreational rider aspires to do on their Sunday leisure ride.
The endorphin glow does feel nice.
