Dude,
After a healthy happy brisk post lunch run on Thursday I get some random scary high fever. I’m on my butt by 4:00 P.M. on Thursday. Monday the fever broke and this morning I’m alive but clearly ragged. Timing is everything.
I hear you. Almost same circumstance – do my first two bike commutes in months, into a head wind on the way home. Then I wonder why my muscles ache like I’d just ridden an out of shape 200K.
My boss said I look stoned – my eyes are still that red.
