Bicycling
On November 13th 2002 I, Michael Rasmussen, a sedentary, 260+ pound, asthmatic, high cholesterol, gout afflicted middle aged guy with no physical or aerobic conditioning (to speak of) began to commute to work by bicycle. I’d finally decided to tend to my health. This site continues my record of the process. Hopefully someone will be inspired by them.
Why? These pages are notes to myself so I can not lose the experiences of growing as a cyclist. They also, I hope, provide a reference for others on or considering the same journey.
